Petrus Josephus Hubertus "Pierre" Cuypers was a Dutch architect, designer and restoration architect. A leading figure in nineteenth-century Dutch Gothic Revival architecture, he is best known for the Rijksmuseum and Amsterdam Centraal station in Amsterdam.
